Albury CWA used this plumber before and the response was satisfactory however this time he did not respond so we enlisted another plumber to attend to the problem. We would use him again. He contacted me too late.

I rang up to book in some urgent work. The receptionist said they'd get the tech to give me a call back because he was out of the office. Couldn't even book my job in herself for some reason. I'm not sure what else they are expecting people to call for, if not to book in jobs. Never heard back anyway. Waited a week, then booked in someone else. Train your staff!
