Our hot water system was not working the way it should so we called Ballina Hot Water Specialists who were able to supply and install the hot water system in no time at all. The friendly guy that came out explained different types of hot water systems that we could upgrade to as our system was quite old and how it could save money. Would recommend.

Never use these plumbers - they are a rip off - They did not install the bathroom mixers I requested - they charged $ 725 to replace two mixers and glue six tiles to a sideboard in the laundry - I supplied the tiles - I am currently getting an affidavit prepared in order to commence legal means to merely get the mixers I requested - these people are hopeless - they do not reply to emails - and when a request is made they do not give you that which is requested - I am still trying to get the mixers I requested one and a half months after I requested them after they installed the mixers I did not request -
