1) New Hot water tank installed today burst at the top of the connection. Flooded the side of our house at 12am midnight. Phoned the 24/7 emergency number - unattended. We now have no water for everything since the mains had to be turned off. 2) To their credit they did rectify their installation the next day and we were shown what the fault was…’the installer forgot to push the pipe thouroughly into the tank resulting in water bursting out when tank was filled with hot water.
