Very upset with results of the job they did. Basically did not get what I asked and paid for. Being an older female with physical challenges, I discussed with the supervisor that I required downed trees to be cut in small sections that I could manage to move and stack. As they charge an hourly rate, the supervisor agreed to my instruction for the job. However after they left I discovered they had left big chunks of wood they were unmanageable for me. I contacted Luke the owner who agreed to fix the problem. He then determined that this was how it was normally done and refused to fix the problem even though I told him this was not the job I had paid for. I didn't want normal, I instructed smaller than normal. Had the three men on site done as I instructed it would have added 10-15 minutes to their job but Luke wanted to be paid the hourly rate to fix their mistake which would have taken much longer than 10-15 minutes. So tough luck for me.

Dropping trees and getting advice on which trees need to be removed when you purchase acreage in the woods can be a daunting task, as is finding someone with the skills to do this type of work safely without any damage to property. James from Suncoast Forestry Mulching and his boys did an amazing job on my block. They worked skilfully, quickly, and efficiently as a team and what they achieved in just one day was outstanding. So much so, that I’ve asked them to come back to do more work in other areas. They dropped many huge trees, and turned all the logs I didn’t want for garden edging into mulch. Their machinery is awesome. If you want an honest job done at a really good price and to see no wasted time or effort you’d be crazy not to call James and book in his services.
