I found them pleasant to deal with over the phone but as soon as I paid for my daughters lessons (in advance) I found that they lost interest in being courteous and polite and were quite rude when I asked for a refund. I think they were more interested in making money than providing a quality service for their students. Very poor form old chap I thought they were more professional than that. In short they were rude and failed to live up to expectations.

Mitch is a great farrier and a nice young bloke. He's always been punctual, reliable, courteous and is fantastic with the horses, especially with young or difficult horses. He had both trimmed and shod various horses for me and his work is always to a high standard with the welfare of the horse his top priority. I'd highly recommend Mitch to anyone looking for a farrier. The horses love him!
