This integrated approach includes gentle manipulation of the myofascia to release tensions, and positioning of the joints to achieve realignment. It is gentle, steadying and effective on a deep level, without using any force. Sessions include: - Full horse assessment for restriction, discomfort and pain, - Release of muscular tension and gentle joint realignment, - Regular work to release athletic potential, - Rehab work for effective recovery, and/or - Saddle fit checks for freedom of back movement.

In July 2022 I rebranded my business and founded SJ’s Equine Bodyworks, as I had successfully completed my studies in Equine Tension Release Therapy (ETRT) which was founded by Alistair Brooks in Victoria Australia. Equine bodywork holds the potential to provide a variety of advantages to horses. This specialised approach aids in relieving muscle tension and pain, boosting circulation, enhancing flexibility, mitigating discomfort and rigidity, optimising performance, and contributing to the holistic welfare of the equine companion. SJ's Equine Bodyworks provides a mobile service to cater to the convenience of my clients. I travel to your property to spare you the time of floating your horse.
