Jajuca Honey tends to a number small apiaries in carefully chosen locations around Cairns and the Far North of Australia. The honey from each individual apiary developing its own unique flavour, colour and aroma. This is only made possible from all our hard working bees, harvesting all that sweet nectar and pollen from the pristine native flora surrounding them.
