Awaken Natural Health is a natural and holistic healing business owned and operated by Louise Kanjee. Louise is a fully qualified and registered Homeopath as well as a Reiki Master and member of the International Association of Meditation Teachers. I work to help you to reach your health goals and empower you to be involved in your own healing process. Homeopathy is a traditional natural health modality where remedies are prescribed on an individual basis and it can be utilised for all health conditions and symptom support as it is gentle and works in conjunction with the body's own natural healing mechanisms. It works to gently return the body back to a state of good health by acting as a catalyst to jump start your immune system and pain relieving mechanisms. Louise has a special passion for women's reproductive issues as she has used homeopathy herself to support and relieve symptoms from endometriosis and fibroids. She has done additional training with fertility expert Liz Lalor and provides programmes for helping women to conceive children naturally.She then offers pregnancy and early years support as well. Another area of special interest is chronic health issues such as IBS, CFS, Lupus etc - and can offer homeopathic support to help the symptoms associated with these health problems. Louise has been meditating for nearly 20 years and is an experienced meditation facilitator. Her meditation classes are very popular and offer something for both beginners and experienced meditators. She also offer full and half day workshops as well as retreats twice a year. Louise is also a Reiki Master and offers reiki sessions, which can also be combined with guided meditations to help you to get into a state of healing and total relaxation.
