I am currently on a long road trip and had the misfortune to drop my good Canon camera. The impact jammed the slider that opens the battery and card reader leaving me unable to retrieve my photos or recharge the battery. I visited the camera/computer department in your store where on an agreement of "all care, no responsibility" - the camera wasn't any use to me as it was. On my visit today store was untidy, staff did not know products, products not displayed in correct sections, placed anywhere and everywhere and unable to find. Staff winging not getting enough hours and not happy to work there
