I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with my wedding flowers. I asked for eucalyptus foliage with white flowers for my wedding and a few light pink ones in my bouquet only. The three small pictures are what I provided as an example and the larger one underneath is what I received on the day. Looks NOTHING like my request!
When I contacted Lauren about it, she gave me a bunch of excuses, even admitted she knew they couldn’t get the foliage I asked for!
What was supposed to say to the person that delivered them when I was stuck in a make up chair and she only showed me one lot of flowers 2 hours before I needed them. The delivery person was not 2 steps out the door before my MOH asked me if I was ok. Knowing they wouldn’t be able to fix my large list of arrangements within that timeframe I held myself together because I had to, but because of that they think they have done nothing wrong! I’m now getting zero response from the business about the matter. I urge you to shop else
I was stuck for an idea what to give my wife for a birthday and thankfully the girl behind the counter helped me out with just the right thing (bath bomb and cup cake soap) that got me major brownie points. Great shop, a great big thank you.
An email to Dan Scott resulted in a prompt and pleasant reply. What I wanted was in stock and rather than buying the product in Melbourne and lugging it home I picked it up on my return. The easiest purchase ever.
