We purchased 4 wicker chairs from Nicola at Cooloola Coast Furniture and Bedding. Nicola was absolutely wonderful in every way. Very professional and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

It runs the Alpha & Omega Recycling shop which provides crisis intervention, clothing, furniture and household goods to relieve the misfortune of severely disadvantaged people, low income earners or recipients of Govt benefits in the Noosa and surrounding Sunshine Coast region. Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

We purchased 4 wicker chairs from Nicola at Cooloola Coast Furniture and Bedding. Nicola was absolutely wonderful in every way. Very professional and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She has a lovely friendly manner. They have a good range of furniture and bedding amongst other things. It is an interesting shop to visit. We always try to support local businesses when we can. Just had new curtains and roman blinds made and installed in my home. Tracey and Jacqui could not have been more helpful in their advice for my choice of fabric, and installation of the rails, the curtains and the blinds was a breeze. I am so happy with the quality of the fabric, the workmanship and the service that I have received. I recommend you don't go anywhere else, just go straight to the Sewing Project :)

For a KHub shop this is a great little store! It has most needs for home and clothings at excellent prices, with convenient parking and access to the store, and friendly staff.. So glad to get a lil bit of Kmart at Gympie!!
