Wow!! Recently purchased Microwave here. As an elderly widow I was greeted by Gary and he took me through the process of my purchase. Even had laughs at check out with "problems" with my Credit Card, then placed item in my car. Thank you Kennedys I will be back.

The remote door locking on my Landcruiser stopped working, so I contacted Air and Sound who said they can fix it. After a couple of hours they contacted me and said the unit was faulty and needed to be replaced. The gave me a price, and thinking they were the experts, said OK. They called me about three hours later and said finished. I paid and went to my vehicle, and tried my new system. The doors unlocked, but no flashing of the indicators to tell me. I went back into the workshop to tell them, but the guy behind the desk said the unit they had fitted didn't have the flashing lights. I said no good , you need to see that the doors had locked or unlocked. Another guy from Air and sound happened to hear me arguing, and said he would fix it, but needed a couple of more hours. I said OK, cause I wasn't really happy with it as it was. Ended up flashing , but the dash facial was broken, and when I complained he said it was already broken, not their fault.

Their store is so beautiful and have extremely friendly and helpful staff. These guys really know what they are talking about and are great to talk to about any of your building and reno needs. This is a family business, owner operator and it feels like it. No big town multi national attitudes, just helpful and attentive folk who want to give you the best deal possible. They have an awesome range of kitchen and bathroom needs and to shop here is a very nice experience. Well done team!
