Their store is so beautiful and have extremely friendly and helpful staff. These guys really know what they are talking about and are great to talk to about any of your building and reno needs. This is a family business, owner operator and it feels like it. No big town multi national attitudes, just helpful and attentive folk who want to give you the best deal possible. They have an awesome range of kitchen and bathroom needs and to shop here is a very nice experience. Well done team!

We bought their product via online shop (not even Jaycar online shop) we rang the online shop for warranty due to several issue started in last school holiday trip. The shop said they don't do anything😵‍💫 they said we need bring it into nearest Jaycar shop. So I was lucky we had one in Cairns. (Can you imagine if you live remote area no township them shop said the same thing 🤢?) Jaycar shop in Cairns, They were happy to look into checked it they could not find any fault at their end however I had few issues. (Might be weak voltage in long thin cable was suspected) when I raise the issues they swapped it with new one for free even they could not see the same issue at the shop check up. Gave me the old cable came with the fridge for free for spare 😳 lots of advice for me to check my cabling, setting and ideas to modify it. Great knowledge and very friendly services. We would definitely go back.

We called Laurence today (Saturday) as we couldn’t get our tv channels to scan when we moved into our new home in Cooya Beach. He is such a legend, we were getting a little desperate (after having no tv for over a week) and he was so helpful and talked us through the whole process until we found the channels. Laurence is very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly he was very patient. I’d highly recommend him, he certainly knows his stuff!
