Choices Flooring Burleigh HeadsPatiocraft installed a Stratco patio at our home. Before installation communication was great. After installation and payment I noticed a couple of things that needed tidying up. After multiple calls texts and emails to Rudi he finally came out to have a look. Said he would get the minor fixes done. Was the last we heard from him. Only reason for the 3 stars was the communication prior to installation and the on time installation.

We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.
