We went to Wallum Cottages about 9 months ago and it was best weekend, so much wildlife, great surfing ( with dolphins I might add) lovely accommodation - very friendly hosts, thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of my stay at Kookaburra Coastal Retreat. I had just come from a few days staying with friends at another BnB further down the coast, & while it was huge & lovely, we had to supply all our own towels (beach and personal), there was no coffee machine or even a coffee plunger, only rudimentary basic pantry staples (tea bags, powdered coffee, salt, pepper etc) and the general heating was woefully inadequate. KCR in comparison was so welcoming, roomy-but-cosy & comfortable & I can't think of any requirement that wasn't anticipated & catered for. The pantry was full, fresh fruit, fresh laid eggs, a variety of breakfast items, plenty of clean linens & blankets, super comfy beds, air-con, privacy, lovely bush surroundings, beautiful Rainbow Beach close by. . . And Ralph, the owners sweet Pug, is adorable. I highly recommend this lovely place, the owners are friendly, easy to approach & happy to help. We'll definitely be back!
