I would definitely come back here. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The car park had easy but secure access and the location was perfect with the man made lagoon just opposite. There is plenty of food and shopping options near by. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. It was also nicely laid out and the balcony provided a great place for drinks and to watch the nightly Bat migration. The lack of an exhaust fan in the small bathroom was a disappointment as was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. The rooms offer a safe and safe keys had to be hired. Most motels supply self setting combination safes for your belongings.

I traveled to Cairns with a friend and stayed at Cairns Plaza for 2 nights. It was beyond our expectations. This hotel is in a nice location and close to seaside. The staff are kind and helpful and room is tidy and comfortable.
