Matt and Ben are stand out folks. We had a problem with our Prado 100km north of Bowen on route to Brisbane. We phoned ahead, Matt arranged for Ben to inspect the vehicle as we arrived, it was diagnosed in minutes, a part was collected from another supplier in town and fitted. We were literally in and out and on our way in 1 hour. Incredible service. Thank you

Dropped in while in town on the road trip of a lifetime to check some battery issues and Jason quickly assessed and found some near catastrophic issues that he kindly immediately attended to and helped get us back on the road. So patient and helpful. Thank you Jason so much for helping us out 🙏

Great customer service

I came across Bowen Automotive whilst trying to find someone to repair my a/c. I was initially told that they were booked out for the next 2 weeks. After hearing about my situation they worked overtime to fit me in that day. David and Leanne are some of the nicest people you could come across, and very reasonably priced too. Thumbs up and thank you again.
