Warning!!! Warning!!! Please have an occupational therapist check your wheelchair. My first one the wheel fell off the first day. It was then reviewed by the maintenance man and he said it was all good! Well it was not! Their Brisbane depot lets things come not safe, and it then passes the safety maintenance officer. Mine had 1 foot rest at different levels (you need an alan key so it came like this. The back of it is too stretched and it does not stay on the back rest correctly. It is out of alignment and aggravated my condition as I have been totally unbalance in it. 2 were coming from Brisbane so one was dropped off. So this has got through Brisbane safely. And also the Gold Coast maintenance man - only one velco on one of the foot rests. It is not comfortable and correct for me to sit in and it is out of alignment as well. This should not happen at all. Very, very poor safety checking.

My mother was undecided about any mobility device's we walked past your store and i encouraged her to a least have a look. Michael was very understanding and also encouraged mum to try the products. Long story short I rang my brother when we got home an hour later mum drove out of Michael's store on her mobility scooter...she has not looked back she ventures out twice a day now after being locked up in her unit for the last 6 months so thank you Michael 👏👏👏✔✔✔✔✔✔
