We bought their product via online shop (not even Jaycar online shop) we rang the online shop for warranty due to several issue started in last school holiday trip. The shop said they don't do anything😵💫 they said we need bring it into nearest Jaycar shop. So I was lucky we had one in Cairns. (Can you imagine if you live remote area no township them shop said the same thing 🤢?)
Jaycar shop in Cairns, They were happy to look into checked it they could not find any fault at their end however I had few issues. (Might be weak voltage in long thin cable was suspected) when I raise the issues they swapped it with new one for free even they could not see the same issue at the shop check up. Gave me the old cable came with the fridge for free for spare 😳 lots of advice for me to check my cabling, setting and ideas to modify it. Great knowledge and very friendly services. We would definitely go back.
