She is passionate about radiating the deliciousness of the slow life in turn helping others to quit burnout, the grind culture and busy-ness of today's world and regain balance in life. Via her coaching, teaching and open sharing of the wellness practices that enrich her life, she hopes to bring life her values and her vision of normalising and prioritising the caring of our mental wellbeing.
