Purchased a generator through Chaffey Power about a year ago and received a followup call about 2 months after to ask how it was going - thoughtful and that i was running it when i should to keep it going etc...however i just received a call (1 year later), as the warranty was up on it, just to make sure everything was still OK with it. BNT came to our rescue on the side of the Bruce near Bowen, when several other tow companies wouldn’t/couldn’t help, not to mention the roadside assist mob, saying the only available tow truck was in Townsville, rubbish ! Anthony the driver was a legend and friendly, taking us and the vehicle back to Airlie. Highly recommended 🙏🏽
