Snappo Towing ServiceI bought something from Perth on the 9th, I check my tracking details on the 11th and it says they tried delivering it on the 10th but couldn’t find my house (I live in a complex), telling me to call customer services. So I did (at around 12pm), the ai on the other end sent me a link for a live chat, and the person there was very nice and helpful. I told them the instructions to get into the complex and to my house, and they said it’ll be 1-2 days. Next day, it comes in the morning. They actually left it at the door since the door was closed and I was sleeping (instead of leaving a card). Great service!! PS: the website I ordered from said 7-15 business days for shipping, and I would’ve gotten it in 1 if they found my house the first time, but I still got it in 3!!
