I found Jett towing to be extremely efficient and professional when they recovered my 4wd and camper trailer from the Tanami Rd. Peter the driver was very helpful in advising on repairers and accommodation in Alice as well as being very good conversation for the 2.5 hrs drive to Alice. Big shout out 2 your crew getting our prado and us back into Alice Springs the creepy pair at three ways Roadhouse were no help at all they should not be AANT as once they knew we had no intentions staying there till next week till they got us up and running they werent prepared to tow us back to Alice mammoth effort from OVR who drove the 12 hour round trip so we werent left stranded even though they had already worked a long day cant thank y’all enough u went over n above from start 2 finish 2 ensure we had the best chance of getting it repaired today good news thanks to Y’all we up and running and will make our work commitments in the Gibson Desert WA

We were travelling through Alice Springs on a road trip and the car broke down. Outback Vehicle Recovery was sent through our AANT coverage to tow the vehicle. Phil came to our rescue and went above and beyond to help us and ensured that we got back to our campsite (which he wasn't required to do), after delivering our car to an exceptional mechanic. The professionalism and great people skills demonstrated by Phil exceeded our expectations and made a bad situation markedly better.
