“Steve was very good from the initial quote visit until the job was done with Brody. On time, respectful of our home, friendly, and vast experience was evident. I'm so happy to have decent air-conditioning installed after our previous fiasco with a different company, different brand of aircons. Steve was a great trouble-shooter, innovative in working out more appropriate locations for our new wall units and how to do the installation in a townhouse with other houses on each side. Job well done!”
