I can highly recommend Tom and his plumbing crew. He and his team were efficient and professional. Tom came to assess the job and gave valuable advice on how to fix the problem (which was a little complex) and a timeline of when he could attend. He and his team arrived on time and carried out the work with minimum of fuss. Additionally they were very kind in fixing an issue that we had previously and had not realized. We were very impressed with Ballarat Precision Plumbing.

Staff listened to my requirements and designed a system that was cost effective and suitable for our new house. Price was really competitive and service was excellent. They arrived to do the pre install on time and completed and activated our central heating and air conditioning system when they said they would. We have had no issues with our system and it works well. Running costs are very reasonable and our bills are cheaper now in a 30 sq house than our last property of 22 sq.

Have had the pleasure of Ben & Matt from Celsius here today to replace our air-conditioner. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, respectful to us & our home & left everything clean & tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for these two lovely young guys. Celsius continues to go way beyond our expectations every time. They most certainly are the very best. 🤩😃👍
