I'm so happy to have decent air-conditioning installed after our previous fiasco with a different company, different brand of aircons. Steve was a great trouble-shooter, innovative in working out more appropriate locations for our new wall units and how to do the installation in a townhouse with other houses on each side. Job well done!”
