This is exactly the kind of trustworthy, capable and fair-priced local business you hope to find. Responding to our inquiry about a small split air conditioner for our bedroom, Mark Robertson of MCR carefully answered all our questions, first by email and phone, and then came to the house to check details and provide a firm (and very reasonable) cost estimate. Carefully planned, the installation went smoothly and on schedule, and while at the house Mark also serviced our main air conditioning unit. We are thoroughly pleased with the results and feel lucky to have found MCR.

Exceptional service! Cassidy went above and beyond to get our rental property a/c pc board replaced. Nothing was a problem to her.
