Southern Youth and Family Services (SYFS) is an independent community-based charitable organisation located in South Eastern and Southern NSW covering Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodella, Bega Valley, Goulburn Mulwaree, Queanbeyan Palerang and areas of Snowy Monaro. Our primary purpose is to relieve the poverty, misfortune and distress of children, young people, adults and community members who are disadvantaged, homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Lives Lived Well provides support for people in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia who are being impacted by alcohol or drugs or problems with mental health. We aim to take a holistic, compassionate and harm minimisation approach to help people live their lives well. Our community supports are free to access, and we also provide low-cost live-in services. Illawarra Lymphoedema Service is an integrated health approach offering lymphatic treatments from Manual Lymphatic Drainage to Low Intensity Laser for pain and dysfunctional caused by chronic oedema. Highly qualified remedial massage and lymphatic therapist, Jan Hunter has established this service so as to offer the most clinically recognized treatments options for a range of lymphatic conditions. Conditions may include sinusitis, bursitis, chronic oedema after surgery or sporting injuries and lymphoedema management. Treatment may included manual drainage, laser, lymph taping, bandaging and compression garments. The new Lympopump (a segmental pump) is being used successfully to assist in the management of Lipedema and pain after sporting activities. Our focus is your wellness so we offer an integrated approach to treat the whole person.

Afford provides disability accommodation and housing, community connection, disability supports and employment services so that people living with disability can live the lives they choose and feel and be connected in their communities. Our impact also goes beyond our delivery of services – we partner across the sector to ensure the voices of people with disability are heard and valued. Afford is one of Australia’s largest and most established disability service providers, with a 70-year history of working with our clients, their families and carers to achieve their goals, be empowered to make great choices and realise opportunities and aspirations in life and work. We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) solutions, Short-term accommodation (STA), Community Services and Employment Services, including DES and SLES. Podiatry deals with human bodies that come with vast variations. As health professionals, we do our best in categorising each individual to a group and then giving a subsequent diagnoses and treatment plan. This method allows for fast assessment, diagnoses and treatment but does not allow for individualised and personalised care. We want to make sure we don't put you in a box but look at you as an individual and tailor a treatment plan accordingly. We will take a little longer, ask more questions and take more time to consider all your individual circumstances before distilling an according treatment plan. We will not treat blindly, we will be open if the diagnoses is unclear and do everything we can to shed light on the issue, again this will take more time but WILL end up with a better treatment result. LONGEVITY We hope to be treating the population of Stanwell Park and surrounds for years to come. We're in it for the long haul.
