From the age of seventeen, I started to have weight issues, which lead me to be a yoyo dieter for most of my life. I was placed on a medication that piled my weight on, I found myself having several health issues, life was a huge struggle being overweight. After walking out of the Hospital with 4 different medications and a disability tag for my car, I felt so depressed and discussed, remembering saying to myself “THAT IS IT, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” I got started by joining a Weight Loss Challenge, my health coach set me up with my Healthy Nutrition Program. Through several Weight Loss Challenges, I lost a total of 4 dress sizes. While on my journey, I noticed my digestive system had improved, and the sores that were over my body also cleared up. The best part is, I no longer need the disability tag for my car as I now can walk without being in pain. Now having so much more energy, I can keep up with my daily activities with ease.
