We offer anyone in the Maitland/Hunter community access to a Free Wellness and Body Composition Profile, so everyone can have an understanding of what they need to do to improve their health and fitness. We offer a fully supported nutrition plan and fitness system to assist anyone in getting to their health and fitness goals.
