So glad I found Mick. He is very skilled, friendly, reliable, and takes pride in his work producing impeccable results. He's efficient, talented, a brilliant problem solver and his prices are very affordable. After some very disappointing experiences with tradie's I was delighted when Ben arrived to help me with my house. I gave him a very short time frame and a long list to get it ready for sale. The standard of his work is very high, I always knew what was being done and why, and he offered cost saving alternatives. He is a delight to have around and I will be giving the new owners his number.

I writing this review because I was not expecting a rude response from a man that advertises maintenance services. I had enquired about a repair at my rental property in which Josh from Anaconda Property Maintenance was happy to quote. I requested an official company quote for me to forward for approval which seemed like a big request and he seemed hesitant however this was later received with thanks. Weeks later I called to request an available time to repair works that had been completed which to my surprise he responded in a stressed manner advising he had spent enough time on this 'small job' and he will not be taking the time to have a look at our request as he no longer wants it. He told me to look elsewhere. I was baffled! I totally understand if your having a bad day but please don't ruin mine because I am requesting your advertised services.
