John is a very friendly amiable guy, very nice personality so easy to work with & even though our 12ft round trampoline was very complicated to put up with hardly readable instructions he attacked the problem with no qualms & he went above & beyond timewise to help us assemble it. We were very happy with John's work & we would not hesitate in calling him again for any help required, thankyou John!
