I highly recommend Chloe! I had balayage highlights done on my dark ash blonde hair, and she did an amazing job. The highlights are fine and beautifully blended, so my hair is growing out seamlessly. Chloe really listened to what I wanted, explained the process clearly and discussed how she could achieve my desired look. She also gave me helpful styling tips that would best suit my hair type.
