I am so happy with Chrysalis Spa, I go there to get a facial because you are greeted at reception by Tracey, who is SO friendly and helpful, makes you feel special, and then I go into the treatment room and I am greeted by Dai, a beautiful Brazilian lady who really knows her stuff, she is very friendly and makes you feel very pampered, when I am finished I feel fantastic and my skin feels so much better and looks better too. I would recommend a visit to Chrysalis to anyone who wants a facial by truly friendly and professional experts. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am looking forward to my next visit Glynda

I've been going to Ann-Marie for quite a few years now. She is very approachable and friendly, loves a good laugh and, most importantly, does a great job at excellent prices.

Went in for partial foils, tone and blow dry with some light face framing, Unfortunately they were very low on staff. I was meant to be there for only two and half hours but stayed longer to get my hair redone after the wrong toner was applied to my hair making it dark brown. The two ladies who helped try and lighten to fix my hair were extremely accommodating and professional unfortunately it ended with leaving yellow hair and an ashy tone all over. These things happen but unfortunately it still cost the same leaving with this result. I’m leaving a 3 star review as these things happen though I won’t be returning.
