Fantastic!!! My wife phoned to enquire about replacing her 21 year old sewing machine, thinking it was not worth servicing. Michael patiently discussed her options and then suggested that, rather than buying a new machine, it was worth repairing. Michael serviced the machine and it sews as well or better than when it was new. My wife is ecstatic. He could easily have talked us into buying a new machine for hundreds of dollars but he was so honest and genuine that he preferred to put the customer's need first. This is a rare thing these days.
