“John, Josh and Adam worked their magic to turn my old tile roof to a luscious tin roof. John was very knowledgeable, he was honest and genuinely cared about his customer (me), he didn't treat me differently because of my gender, like previous tradies have. John responded promptly to my phone calls and was also apologetic when he couldn't answer his phone calls. Josh and Adam were always respectful coming on and off my property. John is a professional and has trained his crew with high standards. I cannot recommend John and his crew highly enough. So grateful for the amazing transformation on my house. 10/10 for this crew.”

Southern Cross Roof PlumbingI had Matt and Nicole inspect and repair my mother’s leaking roof recently in Grafton. Matt pointed out that a previous repair we had done just two years was not carried out properly. In fact it was really roughly done on inspection. Matt takes no short cuts, he does an excellent and professional job and we could not be happier with his work. You notice the neatness of the tiling and ridge capping now repaired immediately you drive into the driveway. No more leaks either. In addition to a professional and excellent job Matt’s rates are excellent and very competitive. He and Nicole are really nice people, trustworthy and polite. I highly recommend their services.
