I was impressed when TLC turned up on time. Then was given a quote in a fair time.
That’s where the good customer service stopped.
I rang and left a message, waited a couple of days, tried again and again. I also emailed them thinking that they were not getting my messages. Still no response. I thought that I would give them one more chance after a week of trying and he answered. I told him that I had wanted to go with him but had put in a bad review that I would retract. He was happy with that. He said that he would be able to do my job within the month. I pulled my car up to retract the bad review when Tony rang and told me ‘don’t retract it, I don’t want to do it’ and hung up. I am now happy as I don’t want someone with a bad temper working on my roof. Win win.
