Did not arrive to do quote as promised. Did not contact to advise that they were not coming. Phone call to inquire was not as expected. Was told "Maybe you should find someone else" It's good business to contact clients and advise of your movements. Customers accept that tradies are busy, but when you hear nothing, its not a great experience.

Could not of had better service. Very prompt and could not fault him. Excellent plumber!
