I highly recommend this place! This has been my local gym for over two years since moving to the coast. My friends that joined say that they love it here. Since the recent renovation, it feels like a fresh new gym with lovely new amenities. The community here is amazing, with great support. This is everything you could ever need in a gym!

You have not zumbaed until you try Zumba with Kass! An easy to follow but incredibly fun class that has you sweating and all different levels to work at depending on your fitness level. I sweat like I never do from any other exercise, and laugh and smile at every class they is a real community family feel to every class. Try a class and you won’t be disappointed! 15 years later I’m still going every week and feel amazing
