CrossFit HBZJoining EFM HealthClub Cairns has been life-changing! It’s not just a gym—it’s a supportive village. Coach Karen is amazing at tailoring sessions to suit health, injuries, or limitations while encouraging you to push yourself just a little further. The atmosphere is so welcoming, with no ego, no judgment, and no need to feel self-conscious (which, as a bigger girl, means so much). Since joining, I’ve become stronger, fitter, lost weight, and completely changed shape. But the best part? I’ve found my community. The friendships I’ve made here are invaluable, and the encouragement from everyone keeps me coming back. I’m so glad I saw a Facebook post about EFM and decided to take the leap. It’s now a part of my daily routine, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel supported, motivated, and part of something special, EFM HealthClub Cairns is the place to be!
