I love the instructor classes all are different and encourage me to come at least 4-5 times a week. The instructors always allows for a laugh in class which makes for a great social atmosphere. And the staff always greet you with a smile and are always helpful. The gym is clean and parking is great. Anyone looking for a good relaxed gym should come along and have a talk to the staff and try a class worth the effort.
