CrossFit Maitland is a CrossFit training facility committed to the advancement of our member's health and fitness by delivering a highly effective and life-changing fitness program. We offer scheduled group classes and personal training sessions by appointment in an atmosphere of fun, support, and camaraderie, under the careful guidance of experienced and qualified coaches. You can expect excellent all-around development of your fitness and physical abilities as you improve your Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. These are our Ten General Physical Skills for which improvement and balance in these areas will help achieve the aim of CrossFit to deliver the broadest and most general fitness possible. This type of fitness helps to physically prepare you for anything, for known AND unknown tasks. It not only rewards the military, police, survivalists, and sportspeople, but also stay-at-home mums, office workers, and grandparents. It is fitness for everybody. Siege Fitness is offers thoughtfully programmed group strength and conditioning classes to Thornton and surrounding suburbs. We pride ourselves in filling "The goldilocks zone" of gyms. We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym. Our mission: To help 1000 people transform into a higher performing, healthier version of themselves, allowing them to elevate their enjoyment of life. With after-hours access AND infrared sauna available, Siege Fitness is well equiped and ready to support you on your journey.

Aquatic centre operated by Muswellbrook Shire Council, facilities include water pilates, group fitness classes, learn to swim classes and also operates a creche.
