Aquatic centre operated by Muswellbrook Shire Council, facilities include water pilates, group fitness classes, learn to swim classes and also operates a creche.

We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym.
