Hi, thanks for letting us have a say re our experience with Gympie Septic Pump Outs....so far our delay in them assisting us is because we have asked they start a regular monthly service pump commencing early February when we contact them again, we so we await that time and will forward a proper review on them at that time. Turned up when they said they would, job over and done in a flash. Didn't just empty the tank but hosed around the top as well to make sure as much ick was removed as possible. Very happy to recommend this company.
