Nathan Stephenson comes highly recommended by me as a reliable and capable tradesman. For some time I had been looking for someone to build a replacement deck for me and I was getting very dispirited as I had contacted several local builders who said they would get back to me but didn't when a friend suggested Nathan. I contacted him and discussed with him my requirements and asked him for ways of building the deck within my limited budget. He suggested a time that would be convenient for us both so he could come and talk to me regarding the use I would get from such a build and what exactly I wanted. Nathan arrived at the appointed time which I considered to be a plus and immediately made me feel confident I was choosing the right builder. Once we had decided on a time frame and price the work got underway pretty quickly and I have been very happy with the result. All building material and debris was removed (of which there was quite a lot as the old treated pine sleepers had to be dismantled and taken away) and left in a tidy manner. Nathan is a very conscientious young man, he even came back a few weeks after completion to make sure that everything was as it should be and that I was totally happy with his work. I have no hesitation in recommending Nathan Stephenson of Newfound Building to any prospective client.

Thanks heaps, Black Diamond Constructions. They finished on schedule and Dean communicated every step of the way. Throughout our five-month build, Dean and his crew have been excellent. They ensured everything was done properly and corners weren’t cut as their standard of work and materials is very high. These are all nice guys who work like champions. Also, Dean had plenty of ideas and solutions to any problems that popped up. He even offered us the option to do certain things ourselves if we wanted to save a buck here and there.
