Naomi and Tony were very quick at responding to our request to fix our leaking roof at Wombeyan Caves. We could not find another tradesperson who would travel this far. Naomi and Tony fixed our leaking roof and returned to repair our ceiling. The cost was much lower than I anticipated and the job was done professionally and efficiently . Pre-sale support, design and installation were all good/ reasonable. The unit we purchased and had installed generally represented good value for money against other options to get a semi-detached living space on our property. After sales support was poor- there were some fit and finish/ assembly issues, including a shower screen frame which did not appear to have been properly fitted/ glued to the screens, which came to light within 18 months of installation. Unfortunately AJC refused to fix these themselves of pay for someone to fix them, citing a range of warranty excuses (and seeking to avoid there responsibility to repair a product that was faulty on production and/or insufficiently durable for its intended use. While happy enough with the product, I would highly recommend getting additional guarantees in writing about the quality of workmanship and promise to repair faults beyond the 90 days...
