Today my husband and I have signed up with the local Stroud homes in Port Macquarie with the lovely owners Joel & Alla. Joel & Alla have the most outstanding approach & understanding of what their clients are looking for when designing a family home. Joel's building back ground really showed in the consultation, explaining our options due to the slop of our new recently purchased block. Joel met my husband on site at 7.30am. Joel stepped the house out and explained different options to discuss with me to get a better understating on how all our requests could be meet. Pat and his team at PK4 have simply been phenomenal. We commissioned a large and highly complex retaining wall, drainage and landscaping project - a task that many a lesser builder shied away from - and they took it on with incredible focus, communication, confidence and know-how. As with any renovation project, naturally it threw curveballs and grew arms and legs, none of which phased Pat in the slightest. All of the PK4 boys and girls, and every one of their associated sub-contractors, were so just great: meticulous, tidy, skilled and experienced, and arrived each day (very early) with smiles and a ‘can-do’ approach. We can't recommend Pat, Kristy and the PK4 team highly enough, and hope to keep them around for whatever projects we can invent to throw at them.
