the first time i went to prouds smithfield the staff were wonderfull but i had to go back to pick up a order with my partner and the lady that served us treated my partner very badly as if he was a criminal not happy with the customer service at all they need to have a personality check keep the ones that have great customer service and get rid of the ones that have a problem with customers not going back you are going to loose quite a few customers due to the problems ,,,,,,,
