We had a built-in wardrobe made and installed by Kingaroy Joinery. There was a communication error between staff in the plan we had discussed and decided on, for the wardrobe's internal design. We ended up with a wardrobe ready for installation that wasn't a match to the plan. The installation guys were really good in discussing what to do about the problem and trying to rectify it. Their actual workmanship of installing the wardrobe was excellent. However, we were disappointed that we didn't receive the wardrobe that we had selected and discussed when we met with the sales representative.

If I could have given a minus -5 I would have. I called for a quote today and was greeted with disinterest and met with 0% desire to be helpful. I know everyone is busy at the moment but throwing customer service out the window is very disappointing!
