Very disappointing customer experience. No care or interest from management in reviewing prices that kept going up, even after the job was completed; their own staff thought there was a mistake because of how high the invoice was for a simple adjustment... Was warned by others, but didn’t listen and used anyway. Your experience may differ (and hopefully it does), but I won’t be going back. Workmanship was fine.
Five weeks ago I rang Tewantin Glass to change the rollers on a screen door .Since then I have called into their showroom and rang another four occasions and eventually spoke to Bill last Thursday who assured me that they would come on Monday afternoon. I had to cancel a doctors appointment to ensure that
I would be here. Unfortunately nobody turned up and there was not even a phone call. I am an eighty three year old pensioner who has dealt with them before but never again.
